Terms of Use
Terms governing use of this website and engagement of Indexmesh Hub consultations.
Acceptance
By using https://indexmesh-hub.digital or engaging Indexmesh Hub for global index correlation analysis, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or commission work.

Website content
Material on this site is informational. It does not constitute investment advice, an offer to deal in securities, or a personal recommendation. Past illustrations of index behaviour are not guarantees of future relationships.
Engagements
Paid consultations are governed by a written fee note or engagement letter stating scope, fees, timelines, and deliverables. Where these Terms conflict with a signed engagement letter, the engagement letter prevails for that work.
Intellectual property
Memoranda, charts, and other deliverables remain the intellectual property of Indexmesh Hub until fees are paid in full, after which the client receives a licence to use the materials internally for their organisation. Public redistribution, resale, or presentation as a third party’s work requires prior written consent.
Client responsibilities
You warrant that information you supply (including index lists and internal constraints) is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have authority to share it. You remain responsible for decisions taken after reading our work.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Indexmesh Hub is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss arising from investment decisions made by you or third parties. Our aggregate liability arising from any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
